About Mary
Who am I? I am an adventurous, celebrator of change and growth. I believe in pushing myself to my limits. I am an animal lover, and feel most comfortable outdoors. The beach, the forest and nature ground me.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Marquette University, as well as Certifications in Life Coaching and Healing Touch.
My unique set of skills combine over 30 years of Nursing and Coaching experience with Healing Touch, and have enabled me to help hundreds of clients move from feeling overwhelmed and fearful, to having the knowledge and power to create positive change in their health and life.
My hope is to join you on your adventure toward change, growth, and better health!
